Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing 
to icmps@cemps.ac.cn before June 30, 2024 . Refunds will be processed after the conference with a 15% charge of registration fee. No request for refunds will be entertained after June 30, 2024 . 
Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to icmps@cemps.ac.cn by June 30, 2024 .
